Terms of Service

By using FixFastTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What FixFastTrack is

FixFastTrack is a web-based maintenance request tracking tool for landlords. It lets landlords manage maintenance requests from their tenants without requiring tenants to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use it to manage properties you don't own or have authorization to manage.

You must provide accurate information when setting up your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use FixFastTrack to manage maintenance requests for properties you own or legally manage. You may not:

Tenant data

You are responsible for how you use tenant information collected through the Service. Use tenant contact details only for legitimate maintenance-related communications. Do not use the Service to collect data beyond what is needed to manage repair requests.

Subscription and billing

FixFastTrack is a paid subscription service. Pricing is shown at fixfasttrack.com/#pricing. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start.

After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will never charge you for a period you cancelled before it began.

Service availability

We aim to keep FixFastTrack running reliably. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and as such, we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and provide a way to export your data.

Data and exports

Your data belongs to you. On Pro plans, CSV export is available at any time. On all plans, you may request a data export by contacting support before cancelling your account.

Limitation of liability

FixFastTrack is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including damages from tenant disputes, missed repair deadlines, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the updated date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
